So today was kind of a big deal...
Today at Fullerton College there was an awards sports banquet in the gym. So not knowing that I was receiving anything, I attended this banquet and soon noticed that my name was in the program. My mentors Juan and Lisa nominated me for the Bill Chambers Athletic Training award this year and I got it! It was a huge honor! This is something that I will never forget and something that really marks a turning point in my young life. I am only a freshmen, just ending my freshman year technically, and I am already winning awards. That is pretty exciting. I just cant stop smiling. There were a couple of sporadic tears in there, but what can you say, Im a women.
Anyways besides my math test that I took earlier in the day before all of this madness, that I think I failed, today was a pretty awesome day. Definitely one for the record books :)

2nd to last post (I believe)
So tonight I am up late and will be up much later working on, yet again, this stupid speech homework. The class is almost over but it just keeps getting harder. Right now im doing like an 8 page outline on the right to retain collective bargaining. What do I know about collective bargaining?! I mean I know about it but not enough to give a 10min speech on. Its not even something fun to learn about. Its just annoying because all I am talking about is how our nation is in debt and more debt and how cutting collective bargaining rights will no fix it. DUMB! I have a B in speech right now, and with the amount of work I put in to this class I definitely deserve and A. also, DUMB!
I will be starting my last english essay this weekend. Im pretty excited because my topic has a lot of ares to explore and learn from. I dont have health class for a week and a half, thats exciting! I have learned to like my math teacher after almost 15 weeks :). Very nervous about my Philosophy research paper that I will get back tomorrow; fingers crossed. and.... yep I think that about covers it.
Alright well until next week...
